We offer free shipping across the continental USA for all e-bikes purchased from our online store.
Shipping to California typically requires less time compared to other states — many of our California customers have received their orders within 4 - 6 weeks .

To provide you with the best possible prices, we ship e-bikes directly from the official distributors in China to our customers in US.

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 weeks.

  • In rare cases (about 3% probability), deliveries may exceed 40 business days due to sea shipping delays.

  • Additionally, customs clearance inspections can occasionally take longer than usual, which may add extra time to the delivery. This is a factor beyond our control, but it happens only occasionally.

Please Note for Pre-Order Items:

  • Production Time: Additional 2-3 weeks for production.

  • Shipping Estimate: An approximate shipping date will be displayed at checkout.

  • Confirmation: Please review the shipping estimate before finalizing your order.

Important Notice for Customers in the Eastern United States:
Due to environmental challenges affecting the Panama Canal and conflicts in the Red Sea, shipments to Eastern U.S. ports may experience delays of up to two additional weeks.
Orders from other U.S. states are not impacted and continue to be delivered on schedule. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding these external disruptions.

    Delivery within 9 to 14 business days. (Taxes are not included in the product price.)

  • Free Shipping (Sea Freight):
    Delivery within 5 to 7 weeks. (Taxes are included in the product price.)
